How it Works
Step 1 - Initial Consultation
We determine what sized images you require, what quantity, preferred art style, and by what date you need the art. We will also collect information about your space or upcoming renovation to reference for concept development.
Step 2 - Concept Development
Based on our consultation, we will develop a concept tailored to your vision. We will present you with four variations and if requested, 3D augmented reality prototypes, allowing you to visualize each piece directly through your phone's camera. Please note augmented reality are not yet perfected and require an app on your phone.
Step 3 - Creation and Craftsmanship
Once you have approved a variant, our team get to work. Using the highest quality materials and techniques, we bring your vision to life. This stage is where the magic happens, turning ideas into tangible art pieces.
Step 4 - Delivery
We carefully package the piece(s) to your location. Pieces may be hand delivered or shipped at no additional costs, depending on the date of delivery and whether we are present in British Columbia at that time.

Custom orders may be purchased for a single piece or in bulk. The following bulk discounts are applied to the pricing chart listed above for early adopters.

Returns and Refunds
- Due to the customized nature of custom orders, we do not offer returns or refunds once production has begun.
- The only exception is for damaged prints on shipped orders. In such cases, please send us a clear photo of the damaged artwork and the box within 24 hours of reception.
Lead Times
- The total time for order processing, frame building, printing, and canvas stretching is approximately 12 business days. Bulk and custom made orders may require additional time.
- Orders placed will begin processing on the next working day.

Full Payment:
You may opt to settle the entire amount in one transaction.
Instalment Payments:
A 50% initial deposit is required upon approval of this invoice to begin processing your order.
The remaining 50% balance is due prior to the delivery of the goods.

Plant 6 Trees With Your Order!
Global Reforestation Efforts
For every order placed, we donate five trees to be planted in Madagascar. Madagascar is a critical region for reforestation, with significant efforts underway to restore its unique and vital ecosystems.
Local Land Support
We donate an additional one tree per order to reforestation efforts in Canada. These trees are more expensive to plant, but they contribute directly to local sustainability to offset our use of domestic pine wood for our art frames. These trees are planted on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia on eco-friendly community lands called Entelechy.
