Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders, with an additional 5% discount exclusively for BC Hotel Association members on their first bulk order.
Tiered pricing discounts:
- 10–29 of the same print: 15% off for members (normally 10% off)
- 30–49 of the same print: 20% off for members (normally 15% off)
- 50+ of the same print: 25% off for members (normally 20% off)
What sizes and pricing do you offer?
We keep our pricing fair and consistent, with the cost per square inch remaining constant across different sizes
Note pricing is before tax and before bulk discounts. Custom sizes are possible.
We charge a one time $250 design fee to initiate new projects, which covers your custom artwork, mockups, and design support. We credit this fee toward your first bulk order as a BCHA member. This is our way of making it easy to take that first step with confidence.

What makes your prints gallery quality?
Our hand stretched canvas prints qualify as what is known as 'giclée prints'. Giclée prints stand apart with their extremely high level of quality, longevity and value compared to a standard print. Our products are produced on premium 350gsm poly-cotton satin canvas using waterproof, pigmented archival inks and high resolution ink-jet printers. With proper care, your artworks will last 200+ years.
Can you match our hotel’s brand colours and aesthetic?
Absolutely. We tailor colours, styles, and themes to align seamlessly with your brand identity and guest experience. Every project begins with a consultation to understand your vision, and we provide a curated selection of custom design options before production begins.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary based on project scope, but most custom artworks take 4-8 weeks from consultation to delivery. Bulk orders may require additional time and rush options are available.
Do you offer installation services?
While we don’t provide installation directly, each canvas comes ready to hang with a sawtooth hanger.
How is shipping and delivery handled?
Shipping is free across Canada and delivered directly to your preferred location via UPS Ground, including for bulk orders.
Tiered shipments are possible as a specialty service.
Can the artwork be cleaned?
Yes. Our canvases are water-resistant and easy to wipe clean, making them ideal for high-traffic areas.
How do you maintain consistent quality for bulk orders?
Each order is produced under strict quality control standards using premium materials and advanced printing techniques. Our focus on gallery quality finishes ensures every piece meets our exacting standards.
What if a piece is damaged in transit?
We understand the necessity for all furnishings to be in place on time for bookings and open houses.
On the rare occasion a piece is damaged in transit, let us know within 24 hours and we will ship a replacement with expedited shipping, free of charge.
